  8. Do you have healthy meals, at least 1x in a day? Or do you tend to consume unhealthy food most of the time?

Once you know which area of your life you want to improve, whether it's health, financial, or mental wellbeing - it's time to create a plan. You will need to create a plan that will align with your needs and current state of mind.

1. Intuitively imagine the best version of yourself or the life you genuinely desire, that makes you smile when thinking about it

Visualize it so strongly that you even start to feel like what you desire you already have. Meditation and music are great tools that can inspire you to discover your true desires.

2. Now that you are aware of the person you want to become and the life you dream of - it's time to shift your mindset

It is our limiting beliefs that hold us back from becoming the best version of ourselves and achieving our dreams.

If you have been struggling to go after what you desire - you must dive deeper into yourself and discover what is the reason behind it, so that you can positively deal with it.

3. Write down all your goals and desires

Write down all your goals, desires, and create a vision board. It will positively remind you and inspire you to go after everything you wish to achieve in your life. Keep in mind that it is so important to be open-minded when it comes to goal setting. 2020 was a year that proved to us how unexpectedly our lives can change, which is a lesson that we can all learn from when it comes to making plans for the future.
