This year has been a very challenging year for all of us, however, it is in our power to make the best out of the next year. Before we step into 2021, let's positively reflect on this year first.
Instead of seeing only the negative side of it, we are going to look back at all the blessings and positive experiences this year has brought to our lives so that we can enter the new year with a more positive mindset. Keep reading to find out 4 ways how you can do that.

1. Celebrate the small wins
Look back at all the wins you have had during this year. Even the ones that might seem meaningless, f.ex. dressing up for yourself when you don't feel good or reading a book that you always wanted to read.
When you reflect on the ''small'' wins with the same energy you would act towards bigger ones - you will begin to realize that there can be a lot more to celebrate in your life than you think.
2. Try to let go of the things that no longer serve you
Take time to reflect on the things that no longer do any good to you and your life and get rid of them. Start by getting rid of the things that you no longer use. Try to get rid of negative thinking patterns and perceptions. Get rid of anything that doesn't align with your well-being and the life you want to live, so that you can have free space for new things to come into your life.
3. Look back at positive memories
It's time to surf through your social media posts and photo albums to find positive memories. Despite everything that has been going on during this year, I am sure that there is at least one situation that brought you genuine joy.
4. Try guided meditation
Meditation is a special practice that can do wonders for your well-being. Especially if you want to improve your mindset - get rid of the pressure, relax your mind, change your thinking, or just make you feel better in general.
