Return and Refund policy

At Sedija Lejiete brand I want my returns policy to be transparent and hassle-free. That’s why I have 14 days no quibble returns for goods received by me in their original condition.

 

*No quibble returns mean that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

WHAT TO DO

If you wish to return an item you should first contact me by email at info@sedijalejietebrand.com quoting your order reference number.

 

Items that are to be returned should be posted to:

Ecommerce Department, Sedija Lejiete brand

Company address: Talsi, Darba iela 14, LV-3201, Latvia

Returns should be in original condition and packaging. 

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you wish to exchange your items for an equivalent item, I will exchange this for you on receipt of the original item.

Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement item.

Where the replacement item is a different price I will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top-up payment.

Replacement is subject to availability.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you wish to return an item for a full refund then I will refund you the amount paid within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you wish to return a faulty item the procedure is the same as a refund or exchange. I may also require you to send me a digital photograph of the item for the initial assessment.

When an item is found faulty or needs to be returned through the error of the Sedija Lejiete brand I will refund the cost of posting it back to me or arrange for a courier collection.

Refund, replacement, or repair is subject to an assessment of fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
